Prices and VAT
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT. VAT registration number: GB290945179. Product prices are regular selling prices unless a promotion is expressly identified. Delivery is £298 including VAT, or free for merchandise totals over £5,000 including VAT after discounts. All applicable charges and the total payable are displayed before you place an order.
Payment methods
Pay using the payment options actually available at checkout for your order. Credit or debit card payments are processed through the configured payment provider. Do not send card numbers or security codes by email or through our contact form.
Payment and order confirmation
Payment is due at checkout unless we agree otherwise in writing. A payment receipt acknowledges the transaction; we will contact you if there is an availability or pricing problem. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will offer an appropriate alternative only with your agreement or refund the payment. We will not make an additional charge without your consent.
Cancellations and refunds
Contact us promptly to request a cancellation. Your statutory rights continue to apply after dispatch. Refund timing and return arrangements are explained in our returns and refund policy.
