Shipping & Delivery
UK delivery charges
Standard delivery is £298 per order, including VAT. Delivery is free when the merchandise total after discounts is more than £5,000 including VAT. Orders totalling exactly £5,000 pay £298. The delivery charge is shown before payment at checkout.
Delivery areas
We accept delivery addresses in the United Kingdom. The same published rate applies to eligible UK addresses. We do not offer international delivery through this website.
Handling and transit times
For products shown as in stock, allow 1–2 business days for order handling, followed by 3–10 business days in transit: an estimated total of 4–12 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. These are estimates, not a guaranteed delivery date. Any different lead time for a pre-order or special order must be disclosed before purchase.
Delivery arrangements
Provide a full delivery address, postcode and telephone number at checkout. Tell us about restricted access, lifting requirements or an address that cannot receive freight before ordering. We will confirm arrangements; any additional service outside standard delivery requires your agreement before a charge is made.
Delays, damage and missing deliveries
If your order is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number. Photographs can help us investigate, but reporting requirements do not remove your statutory rights. Unless you agree otherwise, consumer orders must be delivered within the time required by UK law. We remain responsible for goods until they are delivered to you or your nominated recipient.
